1. Acceptance
By using hushsecurity.se you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Products and services
We sell privacy-focused hardware and services. All products are delivered as-is. Prices are listed in EUR and paid exclusively with cryptocurrency.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via NOWPayments and accepted in BTC, XMR, and USDT. Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain. We are not responsible for incorrectly sent payments.
4. Warranty
Hardware products are covered by Google's standard Pixel device warranty. HushSecurity's software modifications are provided as-is. We offer support for GrapheneOS-related questions.
5. Limitation of liability
HushSecurity is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are intended for lawful use and we encourage responsible use of privacy technology.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent Swedish court.
